Coba Mayan Village is proud of the
Community Program it has been
operating with the
Mayan
Communities
located within the
importantly the areas around
Tulum
& Coba.

The program has been operating
for over 15 years, and into the
different cultures, and an extension
of knowledge surrounding
Mayan
history
.
Individual gifts are given to each child in the form of soft drinks, toys, sugar free candies,
and also practical items like drawing books, crayons, writing books and pens. These are
items otherwise unavailable within many of the  villages. It is a small reward, but the
smiles and joy expressed on the faces of the children speaks volumes!

For the families and the homes which are visited as part of the education program of
tourists to the
Riviera Maya, donations are given to families. Financial, medical &
opthalmic  assistance are provided in emergency situations, plus clothing and gifts taken
along by visiting tour guests are widely accepted.

Every year, the Christmas celebrations are never forgotten with the
Mayan Communities,
because this is the time when everybody comes together including
Coba Mayan Village
to provide a special celebration to the children  & families for their hard work throughout
the year.

Family food packages are provided for the families, and special Christmas gifts are
donated to the children, in the form of children's bicycles & mountain bikes.

Any person wishing to take gifts for the
Mayan Communities can freely do so, however
we must ask  NOT to donate money directly to the people of the villages. Clothing,
school accessories, and practical items are greatly appreciated.

Without the sustainability of tourists visiting the
Coba Mayan Village tour, and the
generosity of the clients, none of this would be made possible. Therefor on behalf of the
Mayan Communities  & Coba Mayan Village management  and staff we would like to
extend a huge thank you!

Please help to keep the
Coba Mayan Village Community Program working for the Mayan
Villages
of the Region by telling all your family & friends whom are planning a visit to
Mexico and the Riviera Maya.
